I do not want to get back together with Mark. Not that there is anything wrong with him I just don’t have much in common with him. We do talk every once in a while but we’re not Facebook friends or anything. I’m not friends on FB with him mainly because I don’t want a gazillion friends on FB. (I’m not Erica Albright on FB)

A lot of you have been writing to me and asking if I have a boyfriend. and the truth is: NO! I’m sad to say that I haven’t found prince charming yet. I admittedly am pretty picky. I definitely like a man to charm me, wine and dine me, and I like them to be kind of geeky. But I also consider myself to be a pretty cool chick too! I’m not super high maintenance, I like to do fun things, and I just want someone to do fun things with me!

Whew! Did I just go on and on about my perfect guy?! My point is that Mark and I will never be together again and I am single!

That does bring up a good question though; I have been set up on blind dates, random dates, and been setup by friends. But the one thing that I have never tried doing is finding love through a dating site.  You know, sites like eHarmony.com and Match.com? I have heard really great things about these sites.

The movie ‘The Social Network’ really depicts me as being a b*tch. Yeah, I know that Mark wrote that in in public HTML code which is now totally public, but I’m not really a b*tch!

Even though it is really cool that someone played ME in a movie, I am completely the opposite of how I am depicted in the movie. I am smart, funny, sweet (although I do have a naughty side), and I was really in LOVE with Mark! He’s cute and adorable in a nerdy way

The truth is that Mark broke up with me. I guess I was getting a bit whiny because he was spending so much time on his computer trying to program different things, but really…I didn’t ask for much.

Mark was a bit of an anti-social kind of guy and I enjoyed going out with my friends. He really needed some help in the girl department; you know, a little help opening up pandora’s box.

I’m not saying I’m perfect, but did they really have to make me out to being a total bitch?

The first thing I want to say is THANK YOU! Thanks for visiting my website and I want to give special thanks to my friend David who helped me get this site up.

I’ve been reading so many things online about me that are totally not true. Some people are even wondering if I’m a real person or not! So, I thought I would create a place to tell my side of the story and for people to learn about the real me!

I’ve been trying my best to ignore all of the hype surrounding The Social Network, but I’ve gotta say, it’s been difficult. I’ve actually had people who told me that I’m stupid for breaking up with one of the richest men in the world. lol Whatever. If it’s not right, then it’s not right no matter how much money you have!

Here’s a real picture of mine. As many have requested, I’m posting it.

Guess what movie I’m going to see tonight? lol — I’m curious to see how I will be portrayed? To be honest I haven’t been reading much about anything that has to do with the movie, and I try my best to ignore the previews every time they appear in my life (which seems to be like every 3 seconds lately). So I really have no idea what to expect? I’m kind of nervous actually (kind of a private person). I’m just excited for people to get to know the real me…and I’m hoping some day soon I will be known first for who I really am as Erica Albright, rather than “the ex-girlfriend of the Facebook CEO”.

So now that I’ve seen the movie, I can definitely tell you that there are a lot of truths to it and a lot was made up by Hollywood! It really is based on a true story. My character, Erica Albright, is in the very first scene of the movie and Mark Zuckerberg and I did break-up over dinner. I really don’t think that he went home and was so upset that he started writing theFacebook, but I do not know for sure. All I can say is that night, Mark created such a stir on his campus that I heard all about it on MY campus!

As for the second scene of me at dinner with my friends, that is partially true. I WAS at dinner with my friends but I never blew Mark off. It cracks me up that Hollywood has to make up the most non-significant stories to make the movie that much better.
